Kirrapak Pty Ltd are sole dealers in Australia for the Lotus Elise Honda 2.0L I-VTEC conversion developed in England by Simon Scuffham of Link-UP.

 Imagine taking the best production chassis in the world and finishing it off with the best production 4 cylinder engine in the world. Since it's inception the Lotus Elise has been crying out for more power to do justice to that fantastic chassis.

Installation is carried out by experienced Lotus motorsport mechanics. The whole installation takes approximately 3 days. Upon completion of the conversion the vehicle undergoes a rigorous road test to check all systems before collection by the owner. Each installation is covered by 12 months warranty on installed parts and labour.

The 2.0L I-VTEC engine pumps out 154kW of power and 194Nm of torque in standard trim. This is sufficient to transform your Lotus Elise into a true supercar. The starting package gives the Elise a Honda K20A 2 litre iVTEC engine and close-ratio 6 speed gearbox.

This includes:

• Brand new JDM Honda K20A (Integra type R) engine and six-speed gearbox assembly.
• Stainless steel (304) exhaust manifold.
• Stainless steel (304) High flow catalytic converter.
• Fabricated and plated engine mounts.
• Gear linkage kit complete with new cables and type R gear knob.
• Clutch pipe adaptor and flexible.
• Coolant hose (in either Red or Black Silicon) and SS clamp set.
• Fuel systems including SS Braided pipe work, anodized fuel regulator etc.
• Enclosed air induction kit.
• Custom heavy duty drive shafts with up-rated tripod and CV joints (motorsport spec)
• New wiring harness & adaptors.
• Oil/Water exchanger (std Honda sized)
• Custom ECU re-map with variable load dependent Vtec.

Your existing engine is removed and returned to you, and the Honda engine installed, (complete with new filters, engine and gearbox oil, etc). This is then thoroughly road tested then re-checked.

Customers can also order from any of the following options
• Baffled sump (recommended for trackday users with soft ‘R’ tyres)
• HD oil cooler kit (for heavy track use or Supercharged cars)
• Lightened flywheel
• SS Cat replacement pipe for track use only
• Jackson Racing Supercharger (including up-rated fuel system, injectors, brackets, etc)

As well as the usual Elise upgrades of
• Spring & Dampers (Nitron/S2/etc)
• Nylatron Bushes
• Brake disks (turbo grove to AP racing)
• Etc etc etc..
